I found a job posting and all it says regarding an application is "Please contact [name] at [email] or [phone #]." What exactly should I send in the email? Should I just state that I am interested in the position? Should I already attach a resume or should I wait to see how the person responds on how to apply? Usually it just says to send one to apply, and since this one says you can just call, I assume maybe it's not really to the application process, just contacting them in general? I don't know. Help, please?

Call if they gave a phone number. State you are extremely interested in their opportunity. Ask how to send your resume online.

Careful with scams on some sites. Usually they state apply on our website.
