You can use whoever you want to, but you must bear in mind that references from relatives or close friends don't pull much weight! After all, a relative is hardly likely to give you a bad or even mediocre reference, are they? They are more likely to put exactly what you ask them to put!

A reference from a teacher, leader of a group activity, or someone with a position within the community is far better if you can get one.

Yes, you definately can. You might want to think about other adults you have been near or done activities with. Think of Church or Church Activities, School, Clubs, Neighbors, or any service projects you have been involved in.

Its always recommended you contact these people BEFORE you put them on the resume or Job Form and make sure they are ok with you using them as a reference. Generally they will be glad to help and they may give you a better review for asking them if they are called.

You cant use family but friends would be ok. Or just be honest and write in that section/tell them that you've never worked before so don't have any. I would put something down that although you don't have references your willing to prove yourself, work hard etc and im sure they will take that into account more than someone saying you were good at mowing their lawn

Yeah you can

You can also add, for example your tutors or head teachers details
