The information looks pretty good but I would suggest a different order. Your resume will be taken more seriously if you put your employment history FIRST. Next your education finish with your special skills.

the opening statement is just wrong.

again when you start with your education you are placing emphasis on the wrong skills-set. Instead of education, prospective employers are interested in experience and skills. Today it is o.k. to just leave out the introduction unless it says something that the reader can't find somewhere else in the document and yours really doesn't plus it's a bit all over the place. I see what you are trying to accomplish but the substance is not there. Saturate the ideas you present in the 2nd and 3rd sentence of your introduction into your work experience.....for example...under Ruby Tue, expand your experience

-led 20 person team in fast-paced environment, handling complex situations....

If you really want to leave in the introduction, how about just stating that you want to find a job where you can utilize your skills in ????? One or two sentences and no redundancy.

Looks good enough to get you an interview, which is all a resume really does.

Now saturate your local market with it.

And don't forget to register with local Temp Agencies. Many businesses go through them with Temp to Permanent positions...

Best of success to you!
