Question:
Will the employment background check determine every single job that I had?

I have just been terminated from my previous job because of politics in the workplace. I do not intend to put this job in my resume because I do not want my prospective employer to contact my previous one due to the fact that I'm sure they would say something negative about me and it might keep me from getting the job I'm applying for. Now I don't know what to do, should I put this two-month job in my resume? Or if I decide to totally leave it out like I never had this job at all, will my prospective employer know through the background checks they do?

It will be on your records when they do a background check so you should definitely list it as a previous job. Since it was only two months, you can try saying it was more of an internship experience or a temp to hire position that you ended up turning down. They most likely will not contact it since your stint there was so short.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNMQt

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

An employer may only verify the company names and education that you list on a resume or application. They will not even know about your other company if you do not give them that information.
