Just like any where else in the world you must find a company that is hiring in Botswana. Botswana is very strict with its' immigration laws, so you have to make sure you are hired by a company that will work on your work and residence permit.

Botswana has a tendency of raiding office without warning to find people working illegally..and yes they do these immigration raids even in professional jobs.

Look at companies such as "Price waterhouse coopers" or Ernst young..look at the governement agencies by going to the botswana websites.

Botswana is a great country in Southern Africa to work in if you have work and residence permits. It's a rich country because it's the world's largest diamond producer. It's small. For many years it had a city (Gaborone..the capitol city) as the world's fastest developing city. Today Gaborone is the fastest developing city in Africa.

Good luck....are you european?..we have alot of europeans coming here like flies...

BTW: if you are Indian with indian certifications, you may have a problem because they are known to create fake qualifications...if thats the case you need to get your paper work verified...it will 10 times hard for West Africans and indias to get a jobs here because the history that this country has with them..

We just have TOO MANY foreigners here..We can't accomodate the world..you know
