Is there any way to tell if an application has been viewed online?

Usually there is no way to tell if an application has been viewed online unless there is a page counter somewhere on the page. Most likely employers do not have time to view every single application that get submitted online. If you want to assure that an employer views it, then call them and say that you submitted an application. Otherwise the only way you know it has been viewed is if the employer contacts you stating they viewed the application and would be interested to give you an interview for the job position.
