maybe the same day, or could be a week - or maybe never - they don't call everyone who applies

They don't owe you a phone call just for applying. You are one of many that apply daily...if they are hiring, they get your application, review it and if they are interested, they will call you, if not, they hit the delete button and will never call you.

This applies to every employer.

IF you did a Psyche test as part of the application, Maybe Never.

The pre-test is strictly quantitative, it says there is no wrong answers, ... they lie. If the test does not score within the limits your application is Trashed, it never reaches the employer.



It took me a month of applying on line, before I figured out (thanks to a web site) which questions I was answering wrong.
