Can I put this on my resume?

I just graduated high school and am trying to get a job. At my high school they had 4 valedictorians for the top 4 gpas in the class. I was number four, could I put that I was valedictorian on my resume under the education part even though I wasn't actually a valedictorian by other school's standards: #1
What other achievements could I put under education?
Can I put awards I got at competitions?
Can I put how long I have been in things such as choir or band?
Also what kind of skills should I put on my resume?

You can always list your GPA and other awards and academic achievements.

If you were named a valedictorian by your school, you can put that.

Awards and academic achievements are fine,.

Choir and band are irrelevant unless they relate to the position you're applying for. Ditto for skills.
