NO. Do not put your age on your resume. Your age or birthdate goes on your job application when you fill one out, but not on your resume. Resumes should contain mainly Education, Work Experience, Skills, and contact information at the top.

No. There's no need to put either your age OR your date of birth. Prospective employers will be able to get an estimate of your age if they count backward through your employment history to your education, but there's no reason to include that information at all. The only time you might possibly want to is if you know for a fact that there's an age requirement that must be met for the job.
