Why don't you ask someone to write a resume for you .I know sometimes it gets very difficult and time consuming to write a resume. If you want to write it yourself the you have to search internet for better layouts to create a resume. You can hire an online resume writing service too.

The bullet points are a good idea, as it helps increase readability. I do think it is a bit long though and you might try to condense it a bit.

never,ever start a sentence with'''I'''......you have done that

3-4 times in one short letter....

if your res/letter landed on my desk I would look at it and laugh...
