I received an email from an employer in reference to hiring me and i have completed the first step so i want to respond like this Via EMAIL; please correct or edit. This email is very essential. Its a sales position @ a dealership.

" Hello John, Thats exciting to know. Please let me know if my availability is workable for the company's business needs.
Availability
Mondays'; Open to close
Tuesdays; Open- 3:00PM
Wednesdays: Open-3:00PM
Thursday's : Open-Close

FYI, i have a present job where i work on weekends with an open availability. with that being said, i can be available to wok on weekends but id have to check the schedule in advance at my current job. I look forward to hearing back

Please READ what you wrote. It's full of punctuation and spelling errors. I'm not going to re-write it for you. If you are literate, you will be able to see what needs to be corrected.



I'd also caution against using "FYI" (or the phrase written out) in an email to a prospective employer The language is too casual and actually comes across as a bit cocky.



Look at your apostrophes. Look at where capital letters should and shouldn't be. Look at where you should and shouldn't have punctuation. Look at "wok".

for starters, weekday's are the SLOWEST for car dealers. In order to make any money, you need to work 2 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday.



the email is fine. respond fast, he is talking to 10-20 other people for the same job.

that sounds good and professional. I wouldn't change anything. If it's a full time position monday-friday then they may not like you having to leave at 3 but idk the business you're applying to so maybe that doesn't even matter.
