I have applied at the local dollar tree that's hiring. I turned in my job application over a month ago, and almost a month ago I followed up. The guy said they would be calling, but no one has called and they are still hiring. People are getting hired left n right but no one has called me.
How many times should I ask?

I hope you have continued to apply to other i.e. retail, fast food etc place while following up on the Dollar Tree application if not start right now. You never ever stop applying for jobs until you have a interview and then a firm job offer. You could go into the store ask to speak the manager stating you applied and would love to work for Dollar Tree and then see if he will pull your application. Then continue your job search. Good Luck!!

upon getting fulfilled the courtesy criminal responsibility of sending a thank-you to interviewers, the duty is on the area of the corporation. For you, it truly is an argument of even if you imagine they're too disorganized to discover you and also even if you've self assurance showing interest ought to help you get the interest. when you're in elementary words really in touch, use the time to pursue different jobs, and a weekly e mail isn't rude. when you're very in touch, even if, bypass HR and make contact with between the line interviewers. Be prepared to ask them in the adventure that they have got a second to communicate once you call, and get to the point straight away, i.e., "hi, my call is >>> and that i interviewed for the >>> interest with you 2 weeks in the past. Do you've a short second to replace me? i'm very in touch in the interest." I paintings in HR and Nicole is nice - HR is swamped, yet they owe you an replace interior of a week. good success!
