No, there is no reason that a birth date should be included on your resume.
Some jobs will require that you be a certain age in order to work, but this isn't something you should include on your resume. In fact, it is illegal for an employer to discriminate against you because of your age as long as you meet the minimum requirement.

Very few situations require the inclusion of a birthdate on a resume. I've seen it on a few professional CVs and I don't ever like it when I see it.

It's not necessary. For personal info like that, name, address, email address, phone number is just fine
