What is the best job for me?

I am about to go into high school, and with that, I would like to start thinking about what I would like to do with my life. I have no idea what I want to do though. Most people I know, know that they want to be a dentist or orthodontist or doctor.
I am good at English, math, history, geography, and I am very good with computers. I am the tech assistant for my school. I am a social person and I am good at talking to people and helping them with their problems but I do not aspire to be a councilor or social worker. I sort of want to be a business person.
Do you have any ideas of a job that would be good for me?

Well, a great way to combine your interest in Business with your people skills, might be to consider a career in Human Resources (HR). The average wage is quite good (about $56 000) but it can be much higher or lower depending on your skill level and where you chose to work.



Working in HR gives you the opportunity to resolve employee conflicts, make the workplace a more productive and better place for the management and staff, and also you would get to interview and hire new employees. (Unfortunately though, you might have to fire employees too)



In order to work in HR, you can attend either University or College. And if HR sounds like a program you might be interested in --- I recommend choosing a school with a good placement option. (This way you can gain experience in the actual field)
