Question:
Fired from Kohls for using my Aunt's Kohls Cash?

A little over a week 1/2 ago, my Aunt gave me her Kohls Cash. She had bought enough to get a $10 Kohls Cash.
She didn't want it, and gave it to me because she knew I was buying everyone stuff for Christmas. She didn't want me spending my own money on her, so she gave me that to get her something.

On the 11th, I spent i (and my own money). A week went by, and on the 17th I was called back to the office. I was greeted by some guy that I had never seen before in my life. He walked me into the room and sat me down in a chair. He gave me the run around about how he worked for LP and how it was his job to keep an eye on the store and make sure no one stole anything. I sat there completely confused. He went on and on about different types of theft, and how he needed to protect his 'assets'. He then started talking about employees not giving their customers the Kohls cash they earned... and right then and there it clicked.
I said, "Oh. I know what this is about. It's because my Aunt gave me her Kohls Cash." He sat there confused, then said, "Oh really? Your Aunt? Well then what's your Aunt's name?" I told him, he looked over the paper, then started telling me that I stole it from her and that she wasn't my Aunt. That I more or less was lying.
So I explained that she was my mom's sister, yadda yadda, the whole nine yards. I even listed her number down on the paper he made me fill out in case anyone needed to call her to verify.

He had me write down what happened... but he worded it for me. I guess my first mistake was writing down what he told me to, rather than what I wanted to.

He kept telling me how it probably wasn't such a big deal since it was only a $10 Kohls Cash... and the fact that it was given to me by a family member. He said, "It's not like you stole any cash out of the drawer or stole any merchandise. You'll probably be fine... but we're going to have to suspend your employment with us until corporate reviews this."

They kept me back there for the last hour of my shift. All of which, I'm wanting to bawl my eyes out since I was getting in trouble for something I didn't even realize we weren't allowed to do, since we've always been told ANYONE can use Kohls Cash... and that's why a lot of people gave their Kohls Cash as gifts.

I ended up getting a call about 2 or 3 hours later telling me that they were going to have to "let me go" because I broke "company policy".

Now I'm worried to death that theft is going to go on my record over something so little.

Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do about it? Did theft go on your record?

As far as I know it depends on the quality of the Kohl. I've never heard the olive oil thing you have, but maybe it works. Not sure. So I'm guessing it depends on the quality and the method of application, really. I'm not an expert when it comes to makeup and all because I'm naturally beautiful and so I never really needed makeup. And if you thought what I said at the end was what I really think then I think you're very funny. Kohl to make the eyes open? I can open me eyes without Kohl. I'm afraid I'm not a girly girl. Or like I said, I don't need makeup.

Comments from ex employees at Kohls. I do not believe they entered your name on the National Retail Database; however, do not use Kohls as a job reference. Read info below to find out how you can double check if this info was entered. Good Luck!!

Flow in Sacramento, California said: I have been in the L.P end of retail for several years and it is very clear that the "guilliteine" is the common meathod of operations. Loss Prevention is a businesses in which you must think not once, twice, but three times before you act. The job is fun, but mistakes are not an option.

I know several people that have been fired from Kohls because LP puts words in their mouths and force them to write statments which then it is used to fire employees. This is a VERY illegal conduct...We are eagerly waiting to give Kohls/District 48 a nice legal surprise...

Hi, I, sorry to hear that you lost your job But I really dont think they care how much credit you opened, I was the Top Credit opener in my store (700 credits)and my customer gave me a gift of Kohls Cash because he was was happy with my customer service and he was leaving town and wanted me to have it cuz he would not be back for months. I tried to say no but he wouldnt have it. so accepted it. Well, needless to say. I am now without a job. I worked there for two years never called in sick. I was never late, I worked over when they asked. Received several awards for excellant Customer Service and top credit greeter. So< i feel your frustration

Because everything is trackable.. it is in the handbook that you CANNOT accept anyone's kohl's cash, kmrc, or anything.. employees know that. They think that they can get away with it but you cant. Loss Prevention usually tracks all employee purchases (you realize you are using your discount when you purchase things which makes it easier to track) so they can look up your receipt, see you used a kmrc or kohl's cash and then investigate where the kohl's cash came from. It's easy to figure out if it was issued to you or someone else

Just like they've fired an employee b/c she returned merchandise w/ a receipt that she got as a gift and then used her discount to purchase what she wanted with the KMRC card. Kohl's considers this stealing b/c the original purchase was made w/ no employee discount and she was able to get more merchandise to replace it by using her discount. A whopping $15 ish cost the poor kid her job. -

I'm making good profit with penny stock

Check here http://trade-pennystock.checkhere.info

Many new investors are lured to the appeal of a penny stock due to the low price and potential for rapid growth which may be as high as several hundred percent in a few days. Similarly, severe loss can occur and many penny stocks lose all of their value in the long term. Accordingly, the SEC warns that penny stocks are high risk investments and new investors should be aware of the risks involved but you can even make very big money. These risks include limited liquidity, lack of financial reporting, and fraud. A penny stock is a common stock that trades for less than $5 a share. While penny stocks generally are quoted over-the-counter, such as on the OTC Bulletin Board or in the Pink Sheets, they may also trade on securities exchanges, including foreign securities exchanges. In addition, penny stocks include the securities of certain private companies with no active trading market. Although a penny stock is said to be "thinly traded," share volumes traded daily can be in the hundreds of millions for a sub-penny stock. Legitimate information on penny stock companies can be difficult to find and a stock can be easily manipulated.

I'm earning good money with this binary option signal sofrware http://trading-secret.keysolve.net

What I'm going to show you now might irritate old-fashioned traders who can't accept that a piece of software can outperform what they have learned through many years of trial and error

Doing work for residence is a wonderful deal and not a lot of men and women get to do it even if they want this.
