Can I get a w2 if I worked at my job from March until July and from my current job from August until now?

You will get a W2 from each job. So, you will have two of them and you file both of them together on one tax return.

It does not matter if you worked a full year or one day the employer must send you one for tax purposes.

Each employer musy send you a W-2. It is the law.
