Yes, it's a scam. It's been widely publicized on Dr. Phil, Oprah, and the news... I received one of these, and called the local FBI Office, and they confirmed that it was a scam.. They send you a check, you're supposed to cash it, keep 10% and send the rest back to them via Western Union. Thing is, the checks are bad, so when the place you cashed it (or your bank) find out the check is bad, then you're responsible for paying the money back.....

Hi. I started staying at home with my son abouta year ago. I was formerly an accountant. I got scammed several times when I first started looking for work I could do from home. I paid over $1000 and ended up with....NOTHING to show! All those sites did was lead me to other sites that wanted MORE money! I registered on guru.com and wahm.com. They list job opportunities there that are reviewed first. ALL legit. But it does take a while to get work there, or it did for me anyways. IT took several months and that is why I started doing the things listed below. But now my income is GREAT from these and I hardly put any time into them now....just advertising really. Now I spend my time doing freelance jobs i picked up at guru.com and chacha for a couple hours avery other day! Heres how it works.... First, I found chacha.com. I am now a master guide, with an awesome network, and I make between $20-60 a day!!!! It took alot of work to get everything going right, but now, I hardly search myself! My network provides most of my income! Second, I found some really good READ EMAILS FOR CASH sites. Also, the referrals on these programs are GOLDEN!!!! Take your referral link and post it with a brief summary or a banner on your myspace, cafe moms page, any forums that allow it! You get a% of what your referals read PLUS $5/per referal for EACH company when they cash out! Thats MEGA bucks! It really adds up. I make about $2/day on each of these comanies. But 10 companies, $2/day= $600/month!!!! Again, my referrals play a big part of this income. Here are the comnies I use that have small minimun payouts and GREAT referral bonuses! And I HAVE RECIEVED CHECKS FROM ALL OF THESE COMPANIES!!!!!

I have not come across any legitimate typing or data entry jobs online -- many that are advertised this way are not exactly what they seem and you definitely should not have to pay for this type of work. Regarding PayPal, I have not had any issues sending or receiving money through their system. The thing to look out for are phishing emails you may receive that appear to come from PayPal (but they don't) and attempt to get you to reveal your personal information.

You can take surveys for some extra cash. ITs not gonna make you rich, its just some extra spending money. But you have to watch out for SCAMS. The one i use is from Treausre Troops. Its a good site. It takes only about 10 minutes a day to make up to $100 + in only a week and this site’s pretty legit, considering the fact that i’ve already cashed their checks. They pay by monthly chekcs and not by Pay Pal.



TIP: MAKE A SEPARATE EMAIL ACCOUNT JUST FOR DOING OFFERS/SURVEYS (this is to avoid getting spam in your "real" email account)

First of all data entry jobs are mostly scam so please be careful. One of my friend is doing foreclosure service agent and he is making pretty good money through helping people out from foreclosure. If your area has also many foreclosures then I think you better try too.
