I just got a new job working in a very busy bar but I have ZERO experience with serving alcohol. I start Friday and there is no training. Would like to hear some tips or general advice to keep me calm before the storm

The best thing to do during the first couple weeks is to observe other Bartenders, and try to copy them. It is hard at first but most likely the manager will not expect you to be an expert during your first few shifts. It takes motivation, and practice to be an expert on your job. If you don't know how to do something, don't be afraid to ask questions. It shows that you are motivated, and have a great attitude toward learning which all managers like.
