Cut out the entire unrelated skills sections. If you know it's unrelated, then take it out, no one wants to waste their time reading a bunch of stuff that is completely unrelated to the position they're trying to fill. And it just makes your resume` look like it is more crowded and full of nonsense.

The simple fact is, you're not even done with high school. Unless you get REALLY lucky, no one is going to hire you for an IT position without a college degree. I'm not trying to make you feel bad, but look at it from an employer's point of view. If they get your resume` and compare it to someone else who has a Bachelor's in Information Technology, then why should they call you in for an interview?

I'm not saying you have absolutely no chance, but you should really think about pursuing a college degree that will make you more marketable in IT.

from time to time they do if the resume is incredible yet many times it finally leads to a huge pile. you may consistently locate a thank you to convey your resume to the suitable of the pile. a thank you word for the interview is one way. be ingenious and ask a question approximately their industry.
