What would be the best answer for this interview question?

Question

How do you manage everyone's calendars?

What would you do if you had two calendar appointments in the MD's schedule both for the same day and time, and both were equally as important?!?!?!?!?

I would call each patient and see which once could come earlier or later and move whichever one could to an open slot - or make a slot open by canceling a checkup appt.

The simple answer is merely to contact the MD who can determine which patient is at the highest risk or is in the greatest need for his services. Then reschedule the patients accordingly.

well think about which appointment you wouldnt want to miss. i understand they are both important. so maybe you could just go to the earlier one and then after that just haul ***
