Yes, just invent something.
Tell them you were working on a project that was stored on your work PC when it froze up, and the maintenance guy was off sick so you couldn't quickly get it fixed. That although you had done some of the work at home and therefore had part of it on disk/ memory stick, you didn't have the finished report in full, and you needed it for a deadline the next day.
Then tell them thet you managed to get three colleagues to stay behind on unpaid overtime to help you work through the night to finish it a second time, and that you bought them all a theatre ticket for the next Friday night as a thank you- some thing Shakespearean or other such tedious drivel.
This will show...
Dedication- you didn't give up even with a good excuse. You were personally committed to the task.
Willingness to go the extra mile without seeking extra pay as your main objective.
Team skills- why else would three people work unpaid to help you unless the very sun shines out of your posterior?
Culture- you didn't take them out drinking, you went to some high brow theatre event.
Otherwise, not sure what to suggest- just lie well, thats what interviews seem to be these days. I can't, I am always honest! Good luck
