I started a new job a month ago and I hate it so I’m looking for new jobs now but should I list it on my resume or leave it off. I only stayed at my previous job for 3 months and I think it would look bad if I have down I worked somewhere for 3 months then another place for only a month. But if I don’t list my current job what do I say at an interview if they ask me what I’ve been doing?

I wouldn't put this on my resume, but if you're on an interview, I'd mention it as a "transitional role" you've taken on while you're looking for something more permanent.

3 months isn't a long time at a job either - 2-10 years is an ideal time span that's reputable for most companies to bring you on as a reliable worker.

If a potential employer has been asking you what you've been doing, you can say you've been trying different industries to find the fight professional fit or company culture.

You didn't mention you had any other jobs for a while other than the one you had for 3 months. If you didn't work at all before this, you need to express that maybe you were in school, maybe you were, again, seeking a good professional fit or you were examining your options on what type of position would be best for you.

There are lots of "safe phrases" you can say on an interview, but you need to be able to justify your professional history - if you were in school before this, that's the best reason to have just started working and seeking employment.

Yes - as soon as you have done 1 hour in your current job put it on your resume/CV.
