When is the best time to submit an application/ when is hiring season?

Hiring season actually depends on what part of the country you live in , what type of community you live in . Some areas of the country actually accept applications and/or resumes seriously , year round . Other areas of the country base their hiring season , on the actual season or time of the year . All things taken into consideration . It never hurts to keep an active job application and/or resume active in the human resources dept. of the employer or employers that you have a great desire to work for . -TGTG-

Yesterday was too late!! How about applying for everything you can? Check every 10 minutes or so if there's a new one posted. Maybe you would get a call back this month if you put 3 times the amount of effort I just described. It is a desperate "grab it while you can" world out there.
