When do you usually get your first paycheck?
I was talking to the manager about this and she told me that normally that everyone works for the Company gets paid once a week, but for new comers (such as myself) don't get payed until 2-3 weeks. I've worked since may 8th and it's almost been 4 weeks now, and I still haven't got my first paycheck in the mail. What's the hold up? and is this normal to wait that long?

You definitely need to ask your manager. Maybe you are supposed to pick it up instead of receiving it in the mail. I would ask a co-worker if possible when the next pay period is. Definitely check with your manager though. They cannot withold your pay.

All of the important things such as food, clothing, utility bills, the mortgage, the internet bill, the cable bill and an occasional concert.
