It means if you don't get chosen for a 2nd interview they will not notify you. A short list is a small group of people who did well enough in the first interview that they have a chance at the job.

Employers will usually give applicants no feedback on their first interviews. So often when you go in and do an interview you will not hear anything from the company if you are not selected for the job. This company is basically telling applicants formally that you won't hear from us if you are rejected - only if you are accepted to further interviews.

Best wishes!.

Candidates will listed for second process or for interview by shorting them according to certain criteria defined by companies such as highest qualification, percentage of marks scored in studies, age , experience

lots of jobs get 100+ applications. Only 2-4 people will be interviewed and those will be the only ones they call

It means there's a height limit. Hopefully you're short.
