Today my husband was at work at his job for 4 years. His tyrannical boss screamed at him and normally he has always taken it. However this time he screamed back. All he said was "No it wasn't!" and my husband was only answering him anfter this guy screamed "Yes it was!" Then he was suspended for 3 days. However he would not sign the suspension. So basically this boss was mad becuase my husband went to his other boss who is the next in line(yes my husband used the proper chain of command) It was like he was being retaliated for just stating his opinion. I don't know. Its just not fair it seems after all the time he has put in.
Thanks

Myself I woulda went to my bosses boss, not side stepped..but then again the Owner of company has seen my input &output to the company, so my lil boss don't phase me.

In a large company they would not tolerate that sort of hostile environment. In small companies sometimes anything goes.

since i dont know where you live and laws are different from place to place you better check with local labour laws
