I know it's stupid, but I worry that if I get a job which requires uniforms, they wont have my size and I'll be embarrassed. I'm a bit bigger than the average person and sometimes I find it hard to find clothes that fit me. Am I the only one that worries about this sort of thing? What can I do to overcome this fear?

If they don't have your size they will order a uniform that will fit your size

If you get the job a uniform would be found for you. However it is not beyond the realms of possibility that although it would not be said to you, your size might stop a job offer being made even though you could be the best candidate. If you really are of a very big size the best advice I can give is to reduce your size with diet and exercise and your chances in all things in life will be more than rewarding.

It takes time for someone to build confidence to just not give a **** what people think... i myself am a size XL / XXL UK male T-Shirt but it completely depends on the fit of the T shirt 9/10 i will get a XXL so it will fit me fine.. i use to worry the same thinking what if they give me a XL and it dont fit... or they give me a XXL but its still tight but to be honest i don't care what they think >.< If they tell you to wear a uniform just make sure to tell them what size you feel comfortable wearing don't worry about what they think... If you do the job and are good at it why would they care?
