A part-time job is a job in which you can stay at a job as long as you need and enjoy working there. A temporary job is that it is a job in which they hire somebody who will work up to a certain period of time. After that time is up, that person will be gone. Le't say the temp job will last a week. Once the week is over, then the temp will no longer have a job until something else comes in that matches that person's qualifications. It isn't every week that the temp have a job. A seasonal job is a job in which you only work when it is that season. Let's say you want to work during Christmas. After the holidays are over, thats' it. Goodbye job.

A part-time job is one that is less than a full-time job (usually 40 hours a week). Part-time jobs can be anywhere from a couple hours a week to about 25 - 30, but will be needed as long as the employer needs a part-time person. A temporary job is one that might be either full time or part time, but will only last for a certain amount of time; several days, weeks, months.

A part-time position is only for a few hours or days a week, while a temporary position is only for a specific time period (1 month, 6 months, etc) but can be full time hours.

You are looking for a part-time position to work around your school schedule.

After you learn to spell and use the computer, then apply for part time for limited hours, and if you only want a job for a set amount of days, then apply for temporary.

A temporary job is paid through an employment agency, while a part-time job is paid by the employer. If you were hired through an employment agency, such as Manpower, you would know it so you most likely were a part-time employee. Good luck in your job search.

temporary is working only a few weeks or months - or like it says seasonal - for the summer only - for the x-mas season only etc

part time in the US is usually under 30 hours a weekas a regular employee
