I've been basically working temp all my life and I've been doing the same old thing. I want to branch in something new but I'm not allowed the chance. I'm trying to stay positive but I feel like punching people when they tell me I don't have they experience. In and out of work, man I'm tired of doing this temp stuff. I know this is a competitive world but it's kind of hard to compete when I can't even get my foot in the door.

you can always ask to work for free if they would be willing to teach you a task you think you would like and know you can do!!!

List the temp agency as your employer, and build a resume with all the jobs they had you do. If you've been there long enough, you can apply to "CLEP" some college credits for the work you've accomplished, since it's real-world experience. You can explain that you've decided you want a permanent company to be your employer, not a temp agency, and tell them about the companies that used your services. Of course, you could always "free-lance" your skills, too, as a contract worker until you find that you've gained the experience you need. If, by chance, you find a company that likes your work, they may just try to entice you into staying on permanently as an actual employee.

Since you don't say what it is you do or want to do, I really

don't know what it is you want.

What is the same old thing you've being doing??

You need to find something you like and want to do.

You need to find temp services that offer the "temp to

hire" option or other job offers that say "experience preffered

but willing to train the right person".Make sure that that is what

you want to do. Don't just accept it because you need the cash.

You'll be earning a living. yes, but you'll be wasting your time and

theirs if you're not happy with what you're doing.

Think long term and a satisfying career!!!

What positions are you applying for? If they aren't entry level then the employer has every right to say sorry, you need experience.

It's not clear from what field you are trying to move from and to. If there is no related experience, then again, the employer is simply looking out for what's best for their business.

Look for entry level jobs or temp jobs in the field you want to work.

First, you have a very poor attitude that you need to change.

Companies aren't in business to give people chances- they're in business to make money. If you want to work for a company, you need to show them how you can fit into them making money- not complain about not having a chance.

By having great references that all say you are good at whatever you need them too.

Hit me up by email, I'll give you a good reference through my company, just talk to me for a few minutes and let me get a feel for your trustworthiness.

Work hard.

Be result focused.

Be polite.

Be on time, and never be the first to go to break.

Empty trashcans... stuff like that.

Eventually you'll get a shot.
