Question:
What should my resume be like when applying to Starbucks?
?

I dropped off Starbucks earlier to ask for the application form for trainees. The adviser gave me a small paper, like an info card. He explained to me that I just send my resume to their website. So, I'm updating my resume. I thought of changing something to it. By the way, I'm a graduate of a 2-year skill course (Graphic Design) at a computer school here and I don't have any job experience yet. Just in case anyone mentions that I should put it.

This is my first time applying as a trainee/barista. So, again, what details should I add or remove? Here are the details that are on my resume:

My name, contact details, home & email address.
Objective.
Personal Information (birthdate, sex, civil status, age, religion and nationality)
Education (from primary school to college)
Skills
Character Reference

I know, my resume sounds/looks bad. I saved this template just in case. Please try to answer every question I have and give me tips.

Get rid of the personal information. That is for the application not the resume. Education should not include primary schools. It should only include college and relevant experiences. Make sure you expand skill sections to highlight what would be relevant to the position you are applying for. Add any experiences (volunteering, etc...) you also have had.
