Better to enquire by sending an e mail or if possible visit the organization to know the fate. Waiting for an indefinite period is a waste of time.

Sorry to hurt you but you don't seem to be getting any calls as a month's time would have been more than enough. So, better move on.

I agree with DR. Finding a job is a process of applying to as many of appropriate positions as you can and proceeding through the interview process on as many positions as you can. You can narrow your choices based upon the potential employer's response to you and the "fit' of each position. If any offers are made, you choose the best one for you.

It will take you a very long time to find a job if you apply and then sit back and wait to see if anyone calls. Using this method, you will probably end up with a job that you don't like because you will feel more desperate as time passes.

Search on-line job postings. Make it a goal to apply to 2 to 4 companies a day online until you have a job. In this economy, finding a good job may be harder than the job you actually get so you need to work at it.

Move on as soon as you put in an application. Never wait for any job until you get an offer in writing.

A decent time to wait is about 1-2 weeks..
