What is the employee discount for working at Bed, Bath & Beyond?

I am thinking of taking a part-time job at Bed, Bath & Beyond and wondered what kind of employee discount they offer.... Also, can you use the discount on sale items? Can you use the discount with their usual 20% off coupon?

You cannot use it with the 20% coupons or any coupons, and the discount is 20% off total purchase. You can use the coupons but it's either one or the other, not both. Yes you can use the discount on clearance items.
