Question:
Why working hours are increased without any concern for personal life time?

I have a job from 8am to 4pm
Add to that 6am to 8am for transportation
And 4pm to 6pm transportation
The rest of the time is 6 hours and you are tired.

That's normal

What's not normal is changing the job time from 8am to 8pm

No new work is being done just a number of hours.

That makes from 6am to 8am add 2 hours transportation.

6am to 10pm those 2 hours when I am extremely tired do I have any kind of a I won't say personal or family or even social life. Do I have a life?

Your honest opinion on this crap.

Notes:-
1-no extra money for extra hours.
2-I am already considering sleeping at work since its useless going home.

Your personal life is irrelevant to employers. Their concern is their business, of course. It is up to you to manage your personal life. E.g. why 2-hour commute each way instead of living closer to work, or working closer to home? That's on YOU, not your employer.

You should get a job closer to work.  Two hours transportation in each direction is too much.

If you are in the US and your pay is that low, it may be illegal for them not to pay you for all the hours you work. Check the wage and hours laws on your state's labor dept website and read this: https://www.workplacefairness.org/overtime-exemptions

You have to be willing to adapt to your circumstances. Instead of a 4-hour round trip commute, consider moving nearer (but not to the office). Everyone faces choices similar to yours, and it does no good to ***** and moan about it. Take action.

4 hours travel time is NOT normal.  There is no reason why any employer should be concerned about how much time it takes an employee to travel to the job.  You know your hours; you are expected to work them.  If you don't like 4 hours travel time then move closer to the job - or get another job closer to your home.  This isn't rocket science and anyone with an ounce of intelligence can figure it out.

get a job closer to where you live to cut down on the commute. but 10 hours out of 24 is fair for a job, that pays your rent, food, transportation, insurances, phone and incidentals. if not, get another job or a better paying one. some people work 60+hrs a week. doctors, lawyers, nurses etc.
