You made the interview stage and now they have to review all the interviews and make a decision. If the interview was today, then they will start to review the candidates tomorrow and stop everything on Thursday. About a week is the right period of time for them to complete the process and make a decision. You still have a chance.



Hired on the spot means they had an inside track and is fairly rare.
