Looking at your resume it looks a little to long. Need to look at a few different resume sights and taylor your resume to the jobs your are applying too. you have a lot of good skills listed on it. With most employers they only take 5seconds to look at the resume you have to find a way to highlight and keep just the info needed for the job you are applying for.

it looks kind of cluttered and like you changed jobs frequently when you were freelancing. Maybe lump together all the freelancing jobs under one heading as "freelance graphic designer" and then under that list some of the companies you worked for
