Project coordinator can lead up to a Project Manager in a few years. But being a Computer Engineer and being an IT division coordinator currently, which option do i choose? and what are the benefits of each?

it sounds like you already know what you want... my suggestion is shadow one of each and choose wisely...
a salesperson is someone that spends a lot of time at work and doesn't have much of a family life.
a coordinator has its challenges too. Managing a job is easy... managing the people that do the job is sometimes the trick...
take your feelings out of the solution and figure out which personality fits you.
good luck

Go for what You think would be the most interesting and would like/love to do more. Otherwise it will just be a job, saving lives is great but is not for everyone. If you cannot make a choice from your own gut, then look up what pays more, and do research on it too to see if it would be something you would love to do.
